The Indian Ocean Economic Association is an organization created by the African Federation, Oceanic Sovereignty, and Asian Alliance. It's primary goal is to encourage and facilitate economic cooperation and growth between the members nations.
The ICEA was originally created by the African Federation to help regrow its economy, which had been failing in the past decades. It eventually grew to become a full-fledged economic union between the three countries, due to the ICEA's success in promoting the economy of all three countries.
In 2093, the United Arabian Federation joined the Indian Ocean Economic Association.
